Operation module is where you create your transfer lists aswell. You can get , arrival & departure lists in between two dates you specify, sales partner lists for each sales partner you have. Operation management back office sofware is totally different software than this one.

Once a booking is generated either on front / back side, or by a sales partner the system informs the handling partner by an email asking them to confirm.
